The TT-HYRD Series of torque testers has been specially developped for testing high range rotating torque and torque multipliers.The TT-HYD provides an accuracy of ± 0.5% of the displayed measured value (within 5 - 100% of the the calibrated measuring range). Its frame is made of aluminium and doesn't require additional screwing of the test device. Furthermore, a recess is incorporated in the aluminum frame for the power screwdriver's support arm to ensure outmost safety while testing.
In addition, this torque tester for high range rotating torque wrench and torque multipliers has a ball-bearing joint simulator to allow for dynamic torque build-up under real conditions and thus provides protection of the measuring cell from lateral forces.
The TT-HYRD torque tester is available in two alternative versions: a version with the display being integrated and a version without a display. If you use one external display for multille test devices, the TT-HYRD version without integrated display is more suitable.
