For repair /calibration requests, please fill in the service request form below, then save and print.
Then you can send a copy of the completed form together with your device(s) to our address indicated on the service request document. You will receive a receipt confirmation when your shipment has arrived. We aim to keep our lead times as short as possible.
For shipments sent from outside the European Union, the customs documents need to clearly state that these items are being returned to the manufacturer for repair/calibration purposes.
We will not accept any import duty charges caused by missing or erroneous customs documents.
