The Checkline Europe TI-CMX is designed for the one-sided measurement of coating and wall thickness. The TI-CMX has the mode the Pulse-Echo, which eliminates the value of the coating thickness while measuring. This is particularly useful for the location of even the smallest corrosion and pitting without being obliged to remove the coating prior to measuring.
Moreover, the TI-CMX has in total 5 user-selected operating modes to select from, including temperature compensated (for wall thickness using Pulse-Echo and automatica adjustment of calibration to compensate for changes in material temperature), Coating On: (Pulse-Echo/displays wall and coating thickness seperately), Coating Off (Pulse-Echo/displays wall thickness only), Thru-Coat (Echo-Echo for wall thickness only (ie. coating is NOT included) and Coating Only (displays coating thickness).
3 different versions of the TI-CMX are available: TI-CMX (standard model), the TI-CMX-H (with a special probe for high temperatures up to 150 ° C) and the TI-CMX-2225 (with 1/4 "2.25 MHz probe for thin materials).
The TI-CMX is provided with an oversized graphic backlit LCD display. Various probes are available, depending on your application.
