Two available measuring ranges:
TT-QCMBS-1KRD: 135-1350 Nm
TT-QCMBS-2KRD: 271-2710 Nm
The TT-QCM Nutrunner torque tester included in the system can also be used with conventional torque wrenches and other torque tools.
The large LCD with simple menu buttons allows for a quick setting of the device.
The built-in data memory can store up to 999 readings and dat can be exported to a printer or a computer by the means of the optional software. Furthermore, the measurement data can be transmitted in real time for automatic generation of measurement protocols in Excel.
The colour LEDs of the TT-QCMBS signals when the pre-programmed setpoint values are reached.
Please note that a screwdriver simulator is required for testing powered torque tools. The TT-QCM torque tester and the respective screwdriver simulator are mounted firmly on the test bench, so that a safe testing of your tools is possible. In order to absorb radially occurring forces that would damage the measuring cell, the test bench offers a storage area for the support of the power wrench.
* Not suitable for impact wrenches
