ESM303H Advanced Motorized Horizontal Test Stand


The ESM303H is a highly configurable horizontal force tester for tension and compression measurement applications up to 300 lbF (1.5 kN) with a sturdy design, making it ideal for testing in laboratory and production fields.

This Advanced Motorized Horizontal Test Stand includes the FollowMe™ force-based positioning: you can guide the crosshead at a changing speed rate by pushing and pulling manually on the load cell.

A large travel distance, clearance and depth dimensions permit the performance of a a variety of tests such as for example break testing, cycling, limit testing to a load or distance, loadholding, elongation testing, tensile testing as well as compression testing.

The easy-to-use menu of the ESM303H assures an optimal configuration of test speed, force and distance limits, cycling, preload, and many other functions. These settings can alos be protected by a password. Up to 50 configuration settings that suit a wide range of testing methods can be saved and reloaded when needed .

If the ESM303H’s clearance is insufficient for the application, its modular mechanical design permits frame extensions with the modularity extending to the controller functions. Functions such as travel measurement, cycling, loadholding can be bought either upfront or enabled in the field via an activation code according to application needs and budget. In addition, the MESUR gauge Plus software enables the collection of data as well as editing and analyzing the measurement data and control test stand motion via the PC. Alternatively you can also control the stand completely via the PC, though a custom-written program in any language supporting ASCII communications.

If data output to a PC is required, add 09-1252 and 09-1158 cables, and a Series 7 or 5 gauge or indicator with load cell.
