The Checkline TI-CMXDLP combination Coating and Wall Thickness Gauge with data memory has a measurement range of 0.60 - 254.0 mm and is the upper range model of the TI-CMX series.
When switched to Pulse-Echo mode, the Ultrasonic Coating and Wall Thickness Gauge TI-CMXDLP automatically measures and eliminates the coating from the wall thickness measurement. Thus finest corrosion and pitting can be identified without having to remove the coating prior to measuring.
Further outstanding product features include the auto probe recognition with Auto Zero or Manual Zero and the possibility of using a variety of dual-element probes, covering a large variety of applications. A bar-graph with user-set start end values provides highest resolution around the target thickness value and with the differential mode you can set a "target thickness value" and the display will then show the DIFFERENCE between actual and target thickness as a plus or minus value.
This Ultrasonic Coating and Wall Thickness Gauge is available in two versions: the black & white model (TI-CMXDLP) and the colour model (TI-CMXDLP-C).

Scan Mode measures 64 times per second, displaying the max and min reading measured during the scan interval. Sample rate is 200/sec when coating measurement is off. | The B-Scan displays a time based cross section view of test material of the contour of the blind, or underside of a pipe or tank application. the B-Scan view draws at a rate of seven seconds per screen from right to left. |

Oversized graphic color LCD is backlit and features easy to read fonts, graphics and display codes showing all critical settings including Velocity, Operating Mode, Alarms, Scan Mode and more. The backlight can be set to ON (always-on), OFF (always-off) or AUTO (automatically-on when measuring).
With ultra high-speed processing (display update refresh of 120 times/second), TI-CMXDLP-C is also extremely effective tool when used in the Flaw “Prove-up” Mode, simulating the function of a Flaw Detector at a fraction of the cost to identify and locate cracks, dis-bonds, weld defects, etc. Also includes a “dampening feature” which helps filter the raw waveform data to clean-up the signal, especially with very low and very high frequency probes.
